Investment Income Simulator
you ever wondered how much income you could reliably maintain from
your investments and wished that you could have a practice
run? The Investment Income Simulator allows you
to do just that. It simulates real-life stock market
variability so that you can practice making financial decisions
without the risk of financial loss. Test your skills and see
if you can maintain your desired income for up to 30 years. Your Excel program must have macros
enabled (see bottom of page).

file includes both a simple and advanced version. With the
advanced version you will be able to compare your results to the
results that would have occurred with a Systematic Withdrawals plan. Each
30-year investment scenario is different, and some are
more difficult than others...just like real-life!
If your Excel program does not have macros enabled and it does not give you the option to enable macros when the
Investment Income Simulator is launched, you will need to modify the security setting.
To do this, click "Tools" on the Excel menu bar, then select "Macro", then "Security", and then choose either the Medium or Low setting.
Close Excel and re-launch the Investment Income Simulator. The
Investment Income Simulator may not be compatible with versions or Excel prior to Excel
2000, and it is not compatible with Macintosh computers.
